Responsibilities

• Execute business readiness activities aligned to program delivery plans, including UAT deliverables and readiness reporting.
• Coordinate communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management deliverables with leads.
• Support training preparation activities, including content reviews and scheduling.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, materials, trackers, and logs.
• Drive completion by coordinating follow-up actions and escalating blockers.
• Gather feedback, readiness metrics, and testing results to support deployment decisions.
• Support pilot preparation, go-live readiness, cutover coordination, and adoption monitoring.
• Identify and escalate readiness risks, issues, dependencies, or gaps.

The Project Manager supports the execution of critical business readiness activities for transformation initiatives. Working closely with program leads, business stakeholders, change management, training, and technology teams, this role coordinates and drives day-to-day readiness activities to help ensure successful user adoption and deployment. Responsibilities include supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training preparation, communications, change management activities, readiness tracking, and go-live execution.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Key Responsibilities

• Execute business readiness activities aligned to program delivery plans, including:
• UAT deliverables, tester onboarding, execution tracking, issue management, and readiness reporting
• Communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management deliverables in partnership with change and business leads
• Training preparation activities, including content reviews, scheduling, logistics, and deployment support
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, readiness dashboards, meeting materials, trackers, and action logs.
• Drive completion of deliverables by coordinating follow-up actions, escalating blockers, and tracking progress across business and technology teams.
• Gather, consolidate, and synthesize feedback, readiness metrics, and testing results to support deployment decisions.
• Support pilot preparation, go-live readiness activities, cutover coordination, hypercare execution, and adoption monitoring.
• Identify and escalation readiness risks, issues, dependencies, or gaps that may impact deployment success.
• Provide hands-on execution support across project management, communications, training, change management, and readiness activities as program priorities evolve.
