Ideal candidates hold a Texas PE and have a strong H&H/stormwater background; TxDOT experience is strongly preferred, with hybrid flexibility to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Texas PE license is required or actively pursued.
• Strong background in horizontal and vertical drainage and stormwater management.
• TxDOT experience strongly preferred or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation drainage and H&H projects across the practice.
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to grow the practice.
