The Premier Group is partnering with a well-established family-oriented construction company in the Denver market to identify an experienced Project Manager. This role focuses on tilt-up / tilt-wall projects and leading from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with owners, design teams, subcontractors and field leadership.

This hands-on position requires ownership mindset, strong problem-solving, and ongoing involvement in all aspects of project execution to deliver high-quality

Competenze

  • 5+ years of commercial/industrial PM experience.
  • Understanding of construction from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Experience managing contracts, change orders, RFIs, subcontracts, and project docs.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with detail.
  • Experience working with owners, design teams, subs and field leadership.
  • Construction management software and MS Office experience preferred.

Mansioni

  • Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project execution
  • Review and administer contracts and subcontracts

The Premier Group is currently partnering with a well-established, family-oriented construction company in the Denver market to identify an experienced Project Manager. The Opportunity

The #1 priority for this position is strong tilt-up / tilt-wall construction experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion while working closely with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and staying involved in all aspects of project execution.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
