Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead small to medium-scale projects from inception through closeout at our Jacksonville, FL site.
Responsibilities include coordinating kickoff meetings, reviewing contracts, developing execution plans, tracking budgets and schedules, and ensuring client deliverables. Summary Objective
Manages all aspects of small to medium complex projects from inception to conclusion.

Work Location
This position will work out of our Jacksonville, FL sites. This position is not approved for telecommuting or working remotely.
This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at fabrication shops and job sites.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The first shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily not required except for local travel during the business day. Additionally, some projects may require out-of-state, out-of-country, and overnight travel up to 20%.
