Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IPR) initiatives for a retail/supply chain organization. The role focuses on inventory optimization, demand forecasting, replenishment processes, and transforming supply chain capabilities, while partnering with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, IT, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Planning.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment processes, and supply chain planning.
• Experience managing enterprise projects involving business and technology teams.
• Experience with system implementations, enhancements, UAT, and Agile/Waterfall delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IP&RP projects from planning through implementation.

• Lead cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and IT.

• Track inventory KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and stock availability.
• Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, and change management activities.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) initiatives for a retail/supply chain organization. This role will drive projects focused on inventory optimization, demand forecasting, replenishment processes, and supply chain transformation while partnering with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, IT, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IP&R projects from planning through implementation.
