Cypress Homes Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Wisconsin. This full-time role focuses on managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, specs, and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate trade partners, supervise day-to-day operations, and act as the main contact for clients. Candidates should bring hands-on construction experience and strong organizational skills to deliver quality homes in the Fox Valley area.

• Knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to develop project plans and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day operations of residential construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate trade partners and suppliers to support efficient project execution. Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to develop project plans and timelines
• Manage day-to-day operations of residential construction projects
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Coordinate trade partners and suppliers to support efficient project executionIdentify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in residential project management with completed projects
• Knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with clients and trade partners
• Experience with CoConstruct or similar software and Microsoft Office
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience preferred
• Hands-on residential construction experience (carpentry, framing, finish work) preferred
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
