Job summary

INA Solution in Ann Arbor is seeking an executive-level PM/lead to oversee AI/ML initiatives within PLM Enovia, spanning scoping, planning, and execution from inception to deployment.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers on model development, data pipelines, and deployment strategies across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), while upholding governance and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Enovia PLM development and solutions.
• 2+ years in AI project development/solutions.
• 2+ years in project/program management delivering AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI/ML initiatives from inception to launch in PLM applications.
• Guide data scientists and engineers on model development and deployment.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and compliance for AI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver AI/ML solutions.

Job description

Project Management, Technical Oversight & Collaboration

Oversee PLM AI initiatives from inception to launch, including scoping, planning, and executing AI/ML models in PLM Application (Enovia).

Guide technical teams, including data scientists and engineers, on model development, data pipelines, and deployment strategies (e.g., in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP).

AI/ML Knowledge

Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data science principles, and the end-to-end Machine Learning Lifecycle (data prep, training, evaluation, deployment).

Tools

Strong understanding and solution experience in Enovia PLM

Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and any one cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Ethical & Compliance Guardrails

Ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and comply with data privacy regulations.

Identify and proactively resolve risks related to data quality, model performance, and infrastructure constraints.

Soft Skills

Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Stakeholder Management and collaborate with multiple functional groups and Vendors

Experience
