Job summary

IntelliBee in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Technical Project Manager (PLM) to lead AI/ML initiatives within Enovia PLM, from scoping to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will guide data scientists and engineers on data pipelines, deployment strategies in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and ensure models meet ethical and privacy guardrails while communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Enovia PLM development and solutions.
• 2+ years in AI project development/solutions.
• 2+ years in project/program management delivering AI/ML or data science solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PLM AI initiatives from inception to launch, including scoping, planning, and execution.

Technical Project Manager

Project Management, Technical Oversight & Collaboration

• Oversee PLM AI initiatives from inception to launch, including scoping, planning, and executing AI/ML models in PLM Application (Enovia).
• Guide technical teams, including data scientists and engineers, on model development, data pipelines, and deployment strategies (e.g., in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP).

AI/ML Knowledge

• Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data science principles, and the end-to-end Machine Learning Lifecycle (data prep, training, evaluation, deployment).

Tools

• Strong understanding and solution experience in Enovia PLM
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and any one cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Ethical & Compliance Guardrails

• Ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and comply with data privacy regulations.
• Identify and proactively resolve risks related to data quality, model performance, and infrastructure constraints.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Stakeholder Management and collaborate with multiple functional groups and Vendors

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Enovia PLM Development & Solutions
• 2+ years of Experience in AI Project Development/Solution
• 2+ years of project/program management experience, with specific experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or data science solutions.
