The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience in a consulting setting, with strong leadership, communication, and financial oversight skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years total project management experience.
• 4-8 Oracle Cloud implementations.
• PMP preferred but not required.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SCM, or HCM.
• Experience managing project financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM implementations from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and credibility.
• Oversee project financials, resource planning, and risk management.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites as needed, fully sponsored by Maini Consulting.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementation projects from project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile
