Qualifications

  • Strong background in preconstruction and estimating processes.
  • Ability to manage projects in active or occupied environments.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and project management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Intel or similar owner-specific standards is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead preconstruction efforts, including scope definition, budgeting, estimating coordination, value engineering, and constructability reviews
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with field teams and trade partners
  • Serve as primary point of contact with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with site requirements, permitting, and access protocols
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
  • Drive cost control, forecasting, and change management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure safe and efficient field execution in a live facility
  • Maintain strict adherence to standards related to safety, quality, and documentation
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, especially in high-sensitivity manufacturing environments
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
