Leidos is seeking a Project Management Support SME in its Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) to drive portfolio analysis, strategic planning, and executive-level communications. The role supports transition planning, requirement analysis, and architecture baselines while coordinating across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, proven PM discipline, and experience guiding teams and partners, including international collaborators.

Qualifications

  • BA degree and 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10–13 years; degree may be substituted by experience.
  • Proven portfolio, program, and project management discipline.
  • Ability to draft clear, audience-ready writings and summaries.
  • Strong writing and grammatical skills.
  • Experience communicating technical topics to senior-level audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze transition planning and intelligence information requirements.
  • Develop architecture baselines and support policy guidance.
  • Assist government clients with goals, schedules, and reports to executives.
  • Produce deliverables in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Lead SMEs and track upcoming deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description: This sub family is responsible for conducting analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Duties may include providing research and assistance with implementation of community policies and guidance. Employees may also support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.

Basic Requirements:
  • Portfolio Management Experience - Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and Services
  • Strategic Planning Experience – support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities
  • Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
  • Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives
  • Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences
  • Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities
  • Experience working with partners outside the US
Basic Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
  • Typically requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
  • Familiarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution discipline
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators
  • Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
  • Provide appropriate audience-written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities
  • Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to take charge of a group and set strategic guidance for a team of SMEs
  • Ability to track upcoming deliverables and ensure team assignments are adequate to ensure all work is delivered on time
  • Ability to ensure the customer is kept on track and aware of all upcoming deadlines
  • Proactively prepare talking points and summaries to ensure the customers are well prepared for upcoming events

Pay Range:

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
