Leidos in Bethesda, MD is seeking an Information Assurance SME to support a large government customer. This role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and focuses on cybersecurity architecture, ICAM, Zero Trust, and enterprise security baselines.

You will develop and publish baseline security requirements, respond to inquiries, and advise on policy updates. Strong communication and collaboration across the IC are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity responsibility areas listed above.
• Secure cloud architecture expertise.

Job Summary

Exciting opening for an Information Assurance SME to support a large customer organization in the fast-growing National Security Group. This position is located in Bethesda; MD.

Candidates must possess a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.

Primary responsibilities and tasks may include some or all of the following:

Respond to congressional inquiries on Cybersecurity issues; turning cybersecurity needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical solutions; developing and maintaining a list of Cybersecurity Architecture needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans; analyzing cybersecurity best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Be able to contribute meaningful input to Cybersecurity policies and influence the trajectory of ICAM, Zero Trust and other Cyber security areas in the IC. You will also be developing and publishing baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure capabilities are in compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies.

• Providing guidance and recommendations for Security related issues
• Firm understanding of the Cybersecurity requirements across the IC
• Understanding of National Security Systems initiatives
• Familiarity with the IC policy update process
• Familiarity with DNI structure and processes
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Basic Qualifications

• Typically require BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience in order to operate within the scope contemplated by the level.

Pay Range

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
