Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Management Support SME to join the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). You will support portfolio oversight, strategic planning, and executive reporting for IT programs and services across multiple entities.

The role requires strong experience in portfolio, program, and project management, plus clear writing and communication to senior leaders. A TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

• Portfolio Management Experience - Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and Services.
• Strategic Planning Experience - support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
• Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues.
• Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives.
• Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences.
• Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities.
• Experience working with partners outside the US.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Typically requires a BA degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.

• Familiarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution discipline.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators.

• Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities.
• Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to take charge of a group and set strategic guidance for a team of SMEs.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
