Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Project Management Specialist in Washington, DC to support U.S. Navy programs from concept to completion. You will review contracts, assist with cost accounting, and coordinate with SMEs, OEM schedulers, customers, and project analysts using Microsoft 365 tools.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our U.S. Navy clients. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and regular interactions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have:

Experience with project management

Ability to develop and manage data calls, such as cost estimates, phasing plans, and task planning sheets

Ability to support the clients with the management and oversight of the acquisition systems, programs, and platforms

Ability to effectively use the Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft Teams, Planner, Excel, and SharePoint

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

Experience collaborating with U.S. Navy organizations, such as OPNAV, SYSCOMs, warfare centers, or Fleet stakeholders

Experience with NEPS or EPS systems

Knowledge of the Navy 30-Year Shipbuilding Plan

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
