Position Overview
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join our Program Management Operations (“PMO Ops”) team supporting the Managed Parts portfolio of Exchange Programs. The portfolio includes Component Services Programs, Landing Gear Exchange, and AeroStructures programs, which are critical for our commercial airline customers to minimize downtime and keep fleets flying, based in Plano, TX.
The PMO Ops team focuses on improving and growing the business through strategic initiatives, supporting projects like systems implementations, process improvements, data visualization, and business development. We promote a diverse team culture committed to quality, value, and respectful collaboration.
This role operates in a fast-paced global environment, supporting a variety of projects from large-scale complex initiatives to quick-win process improvements. Strong communication, organizational skills, and relationship-building are essential. This is a 100% onsite position at Plano, TX.
Responsibilities
The role requires compliance with export control regulations, specifically the necessity of being a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15, including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.
