Job summary

LHH is seeking a Project Management Practice Lead to drive enterprise transformation and delivery excellence in a hybrid role. You will shape governance, portfolio prioritization, and organizational change across a large environment, partnering with executives to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in leading enterprise programs and 10+ years in Life & Annuity insurance, with a PMP or equivalent leadership background highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, PMOs, transformations, or strategic initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience within the Life & Annuity Insurance industry.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, governance, organizational transformation, and enterprise delivery.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through change.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing project management organizations.
• PMP certification or equivalent leadership experience preferred.

A nationally recognized financial services organization is seeking a Project Management Practice Lead to drive delivery excellence, portfolio optimization, and enterprise transformation initiatives across a large, complex environment.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced PMO and transformation executive who thrives on aligning strategy, governance, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise PMO and delivery practices
• Design and evolve governance frameworks, prioritization models, and portfolio management processes
