SGB-SMIT USA is a division of the global SGB-SMIT Group, a transformer manufacturer supporting the energy transition. We are seeking a senior leader to drive the project management and order management functions, overseeing end-to-end order lifecycle and ensuring on-time delivery for customers.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 7+ years in project management or supply chain, plus 3+ years in leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• MBA or related discipline preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, production planning, operations planning, or order management
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning or customer order management teams
• Strong ERP and MRP system knowledge
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Understanding of production scheduling and inventory management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• PMP Certification

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project management team and oversee the complete order lifecycle from order entry through shipment and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate processing, validation, and execution of customer orders.
• Monitor order backlog and proactively manage delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to establish realistic customer delivery dates.
• Resolve order-related issues, escalations, and customer concerns.
• Develop and maintain order prioritization processes aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer specifications.

Your tasks:

• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, production planning, operations planning, or order management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning or customer order management teams.
