Base pay range

$222,044.00/yr - $271,387.00/yr

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Project Management Leader, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse, innovative teams worldwide and make an impact by:

• Overseeing critical projects on behalf of the CFO, ensuring alignment with the Finance strategy.
• Managing stakeholder relationships within Solventum and externally to drive project success.

Your responsibilities include partnering with leadership to drive strategic projects, developing investor relations plans, coordinating with external advisors, facilitating decision-making, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Your Skills And Expertise

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of project/program management, process improvement, or continuous improvement experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing enterprise-wide projects with senior leadership engagement.

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (e.g., MBA), financial acumen, PMI or PMP certification, diverse program leadership experience, and strong interpersonal skills to influence at all organizational levels.

Work location: Remote

Travel: Up to 20% domestic/international
