Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $126,100 - $227,000 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Build and coach agile teams. Make improvements to the in-house tool, Polarion, using Web Development skills. Use Python and C++ to make and improve reports using SAP BO Reports and other tools Facilitate System and Solution Demos for the NX for Manufacturing Agile Release Train (ART), which involves an integrated view of new Features for the most recent Iteration. Facilitate sync meetings at the program and project level across the NX for Manufacturing Agile Release Train(ART). Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART. Collaborate with other ARTs that have CAM as their shared business and technology mission. Manage risks and dependencies in relation to planned features. Escalate and track impediments to the flow of progress of features as necessary. Assess and improve DevOps and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Encourage Communities of Practice. Work in a role of a Lean-Agile practitioner and coach. Help Lean-Agile Leadership (LAL) to facilitate PI Planning. Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives. Recruit and retain professionals. Develop people skills and career paths. Manage compensation and benefits. Responsible for the team satisfaction, motivation and moral. Encourage collaboration as needed, between the teams and the various roles. Drive team improvement.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 36 months of experience in Lean Agile-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following : Software development or software engineering. Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to communicate software development needs and progress. Lean-Agile development for SAFe for Teams. Mentoring software development personnel. Development or programming experience with NX CAM or other CAM software. Working as Scrum Master for a SAFe team. Telecommuting is permissible pursuant to company policy.
