Daikin offers a 11-week Summer Internship in Project Management just outside Houston, Texas. Interns assist the Project Management Office, develop business process improvements, and gain hands‑on experience across IT initiatives within a collaborative, mentorship‑driven environment.
Responsibilities include supporting project plans, cross‑functional communication, data analysis, reporting, and documentation throughout the NPD lifecycle.

During the internship, college students will:
The Project Management intern will be assisting the Project Management Office to identify, develop, and implement business process improvements companywide. The Project Management intern will utilize data and analytical skills to help provide useful insights that will meet Daikin project delivery goals. This position will also support analysts, schedulers, and project managers with the implementation of PWA processes to be used throughout the New Product Development (NPD) project life cycle.
