Job summary

SAP iXp Intern - Project Management in Miami, FL is a 6-month, full-time internship within the HSRC team. You will support compliance and risk tracking, collaborate with stakeholders, and help manage audit findings and remediation activities to keep projects on track.

You will gain hands-on experience in security, risk management, and industry frameworks, while building a network across global teams and receiving mentorship through the program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and JIRA for project management and reporting.
• Experience in project management, including tracking progress, meeting milestones, and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented and self-driven working style.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones.
• Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and adjust to varying time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring & Risk Management
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the compliance workstream.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to track audit findings and customer escalations.
• Report on project health, identify potential risks, and help mitigate impediments to ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Provide project management support for ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects.
