Stryker Corporation in San Jose, CA offers a Project Management internship where you’ll support NPD governance and portfolio execution. You will contribute to data entry, metrics, and portfolio trend reporting while collaborating with program, project, and portfolio managers to improve tools and workflows.

You will gain mentorship from leaders, apply classroom knowledge, and be part of an innovative team shaping healthcare. This paid internship requires enrollment and a strong work ethic.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support New Product Development (NPD) teams and the Project Management Office (PMO) through NPD governance and portfolio execution.
• Assist with data entry, metrics, resource analysis, portfolio trend reporting, and work cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers to improve tools and workflows.
