Job Description
- Lead the implementation and integration of the Guidewire platform into downstream systems within a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance company.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project scope, assess risks, and communicate transparently with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Guidewire platform and industry best practices.
- Hold implementation teams accountable for deliverables, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high client engagement.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to address business challenges, leading solution-focused teams when necessary.
- Oversee Guidewire implementation and system integration projects from initiation to go-live.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Ensure adherence to project scope and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Promote effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
- Conduct project reviews to identify improvements and refine strategies.
- Ensure data migration and integration between Guidewire and other systems are seamless.
- Assist in testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability of solutions.
- Support user training and documentation efforts.
