We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Project Management Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities
As a Project Management Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of engineering projects, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Developing and finalizing comprehensive reports and work plans to ensure project success.
• Determining the necessary equipment, materials, and personnel needed to safely execute the project.
• Managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are in sync.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
• Conducting project post-mortems and creating detailed reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Project Management Engineer role will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of five years of experience in project management within an engineering environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and finalizing reports and work plans.
• Demonstrated experience in determining the necessary equipment, materials, and personnel needed to safely execute a project.
• Strong budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking on your feet and making quick decisions when necessary.
