Job summary

II. Job Summary

The candidate will be a key player in the successful execution of construction projects, focusing on overall project coordination, financial budget, and any project-related reports and records.

III. Job Functions and Duties

NO. Representative Duties

• 1 Responsible for overall project coordination and supervision;
• 2 Responsible for overall project coordination;
• 3 Responsible for creating, managing, and tracking project organizational structure and progress, and managing the project documents and coordinating with other departments;
• 4 Responsible for preparing engineering budget and final account statements;
• 5 Responsible for monitoring/verifying budget, actual project costs and final account statements;
• 6 Responsible for approving progress invoices after review/approve by requesting department;
• 7 Responsible for organizing project team meetings and prepare any project-related reports and records;
• 8 Other duties as assigned & handling emergencies;

IV. Job Requirements

Language Bilingual Proficiency: English and Mandarin.

• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• A high level of proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Experience 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.

Education BS Degree: Prefer College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Majors
