- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project or ServiceNow.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, execution, and governance across initiatives.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements from key stakeholders.
- Create BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams for design.
- Analyze processes for automation and efficiency gains.
- Track milestones, risks, and action items for successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare status reports.
- Assist with UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
- Explore AI and automation opportunities to improve operations.
