Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field
• 8+ years relevant experience with Master’s in related field
• SECRET clearance
• Experience with gathering, analyzing and presenting data at the executive level
• 2+ years collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making
• Ability to provide executive-level briefings and reports
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities and tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with the Joint Planning Process and Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives development process
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop SC strategies, policies, and guidance aligned with NDS and SOUTHCOM Campaign Plan
• Assist with strategic planning and key leader engagements
• Integrate Climate Resiliency, Women, Peace, and Security into SC activities
• Support PPBE cycle for SC initiatives
• Develop prioritization and resourcing of SC activities
• Manage international program logistics and training requirements
• Draft memorandums and policy papers related to SC/SA
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop SC cases and track timelines
• Support data entry into management systems and ensure defense articles are tracked
• Monitor and evaluate SC programs for effectiveness and sustainability
