Northrop Grumman Corp. in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Project Management Analyst to join the Supply Chain Business Management Organization. The role oversees project operations, timelines, and budget status, acting as a critical link between management, teams, and clients.

The qualified candidate will coordinate progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve productivity and quality while aligning with client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Be completing or has completed a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution and 2 years of experience.
• Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
