Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the implementation for assigned client projects. The focus is on applying leading practice methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that clients are referenceable. This role acts as the primary driver and key liaison between the EviCore project team, company resources, customer project teams, executives, and other departments. The Project Manager provides strategic guidance on standard methodologies, develops repeatable processes, and collaborates across the organization to achieve project metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire implementation project life cycle.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and clients are referenceable.
3. Serve as the key liaison between the EviCore project team, company resources, customer project teams, executives, and other departments.
4. Provide strategic guidance on leading practice methodology standards and processes.
5. Develop repeatable implementation processes.
6. Partner with company-wide resources to achieve project metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or IT analyst experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare software implementation, support, and training experience.
• Thorough understanding of the project management lifecycle, techniques, and tools.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare electronic health record systems.
• Excellent facilitation, triage, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with a focus on analytics.
• Program Management Office experience is preferred.
• Project Management certification or equivalent is highly desired.
• Note: Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

For remote work, a broadband or fiber optic internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required. The annual salary range is estimated at $108,800 - $181,400, depending on experience and location, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
