Project Management Advisor (Provider Implementations - EviCore) - Remote / Occasional Travel

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the implementation for assigned client projects. The focus is on applying leading practice methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and clients are referenceable. This position acts as the project driver and key liaison between the EviCore project team, company resources, and the customer project team, including executives and other departmental resources. Provides strategic guidance on methodology standards, develops repeatable processes, and partners across the organization to achieve project metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire implementation project life cycle.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and clients are referenceable.
3. Serve as the key liaison between EviCore project team, company resources, and customer teams and executives.
4. Provide strategic guidance on project management standards and processes.
5. Develop and implement repeatable implementation processes.
6. Partner with organization-wide resources to meet project metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years' experience in project management or as an IT analyst.
2. 3+ years' experience in healthcare software implementation, support, and training.
3. Thorough understanding of the project management lifecycle, techniques, and tools.
4. Strong knowledge of healthcare electronic health record systems.
5. Excellent facilitation, triage, and process improvement skills.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
7. Advanced Excel skills, especially in analytics.
8. Program Management Office experience preferred.
9. Project Management certification or equivalent highly desired.
10. Note: Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

For remote work, a broadband internet connection with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds is required.

Salary range: $108,800 - $181,400 annually, depending on experience and location, with potential for an annual bonus.
