• Experience leading cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap development.
• Change management and organizational readiness experience.
