Job summary

I’m recruiting for a leading global project logistics business specialising in OOG, heavy lift, oversized and complex cargo.

They’re looking for a Project Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of specialised transportation projects across road, rail and barge.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate project cargo and specialised transportation
• Support carrier sourcing, RFQs/RFPs and rate negotiation
• Coordinate schedules, documentation and shipment milestones
• Liaise with clients, carriers, terminals and internal teams
• Support cost analysis and project reporting
• Assist with OOG / over-dimensional logistics and permitting
• Track shipments and help resolve operational issues
