Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Project Logistics Control Tower Specialist to join our Houston team. You will manage project shipments from planning and pricing through execution and invoicing, serving as a key contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of freight forwarding experience (or 4+ years in lieu of a bachelor's degree).
• Experience coordinating international shipments across multiple transportation modes.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project shipments from pricing through execution and invoicing.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and system data.
• Monitor operations and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Chartering, Transport Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage GP planning, accruals, and timely invoicing.
• Promote a safety-first culture and report incidents as required.
• Support project operations, including occasional after-hours or weekend activities when needed.
