BBJ Group is seeking a project-level environmental consultant to manage projects with varied environmental needs and foster client relationships. The role offers opportunities for a detail-oriented environmental professional and growth within a growing firm.

Responsibilities include leading site investigations, regulatory compliance work, and client interaction while mentoring junior staff and helping expand BBJ Group’s national presence.

Qualifications

• Experience directing site investigations and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Background in ESG activities preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with environmental needs and client relationships.
• Lead project budgets and schedules; act as technical lead or client contact.
• Proposal writing and developing scopes of work and budgets.
• Interact with clients across various industries.
• Mentor junior staff and grow the practice.
• Develop national growth strategy with leadership.
