Job summary

Bohler’s Orlando office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Landscape Architecture and Planning team in Central Florida. You will guide projects from strategy through agency approvals, coordinating clients, internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

You will oversee design direction, scheduling, and budgets, while mentoring staff and driving new business opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (ASLA) is required.
• 10+ years of experience in private-sector landscape architecture and land development.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish planning and landscape architecture direction on multidisciplinary projects.
• Manage development of drawings, exhibits, calculations, and supporting materials.
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and staff utilization.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, reviewing agencies, and project partners.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and support construction administration.
• Lead client management, ensuring alignment, coordination, and satisfaction.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and change orders.
• Prepare and review proposals, scopes, and fee structures.
