We work across tennis, golf, motorsport, volleyball, and more; partnering with rights holders and broadcasters to elevate how sport is seen, understood, and enjoyed.

What You’ll Do

As Project Lead, you manage end-to-end delivery of Bolt6 products at live sporting events. You will work closely with Operations Managers, supervise senior engineers, graduate engineers and placement students, and take responsibility for on-site leadership and delivery accuracy.

The role blends technical input, planning, team leadership, and continuous system improvement. You will work approximately 150 days on-site each year, lead preparation and live delivery, and act as the first point of escalation for site teams. This role is instrumental in shaping how our systems perform at event level and how our team evolves.

Event Delivery
  • Lead full operational delivery for assigned events across an assigned sport.
  • Oversee setup, live operation, and post-event review
  • Manage pre-event communications with internal teams, tournament directors, partners, and vendors
  • Maintain delivery quality, reliability, and operational control
  • Coordinate remote support when not on-site
Operational Performance
  • Identify improvements in processes, documentation, and set-up workflows
  • Maintain accurate tracking of technical kit and logistics
  • Keep operational requirements and playbooks aligned with product developments
  • Support introduction of new systems on-site and guide teams through adoption
  • Line manage up to eight engineers or senior engineers
  • Support site leads, act as escalation point, and build their confidence in live delivery
  • Run performance feedback cycles and maintain accurate skill records
  • Assist with recruitment and progression of operational staff
Feedback & Communication
  • Capture feedback from technical directors and partner teams
  • Share operational insights with leadership and development groups
  • Support troubleshooting during live events, both remotely and on-site
What You’ll Bring
  • Technical competence in hardware installation, networking, and live systems
  • Strong organizational approach and ability to lead small teams
  • Flexibility around working hours and international travel
Nice to Haves
  • Background in sports technology, broadcast operations or network infrastructure.
  • STEM or equivalent technical foundation
  • Strong interest in sport
What We Offer
  • $70,000 to $80,000 base salary depending on experience
  • If you are looking for a company where you will be challenged, valued and respected, with great compensation in a team that doesn’t play politics then this is the role for you.
  • Ownership and autonomy of your work.
  • The opportunity to work in sport at an elite level.
  • Support through learning and development tailored to your role.
  • We have supported a number of promotions as well as internal changes to help our top talent grow and stay engaged in their careers.
  • Health and wellbeing stipend.
