Job summary

Kaiser Industrial seeks an experienced Project Manager I to lead single projects up to $40M, owning schedule, budget, quality, safety, and owner relationships alongside the project superintendent. You will drive self-perform labor/margin, manage subcontractor strategy, forecast, and bid opportunities while developing client accounts across Kaiser’s full service lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of construction experience (APM time preferred). OSHA 30 required.
Alternative track: 15+ years field/office experience incl. APM; mastery of contracts, finance, scheduling; OSHA 30.
Proven ability to own project P&L, forecast, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Own self-perform labor/margin on the project; approve weekly productivity reviews.
Lead subcontractor strategy, price changes, and buyout sequencing within authority.
Manage owner relationship, notices, schedule updates, pay apps, and change orders.
Lead project team, hiring input, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
Drive safety culture and lead preconstruction and pursuit efforts on opportunities.
