Job summary

Kaiser Industrial seeks an experienced Project Manager I to lead single projects up to $40M, owning schedule, budget, quality, safety, and owner relationships alongside the project superintendent. You will drive self-perform labor/margin, manage subcontractor strategy, forecast, and bid opportunities while developing client accounts across Kaiser’s full service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of construction experience (APM time preferred). OSHA 30 required.
• Alternative track: 15+ years field/office experience incl. APM; mastery of contracts, finance, scheduling; OSHA 30.
• Proven ability to own project P&L, forecast, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own self-perform labor/margin on the project; approve weekly productivity reviews.
• Lead subcontractor strategy, price changes, and buyout sequencing within authority.
• Manage owner relationship, notices, schedule updates, pay apps, and change orders.
• Lead project team, hiring input, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive safety culture and lead preconstruction and pursuit efforts on opportunities.
