Service Doctor Remodeling & Design in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Project Lead Lead Carpenter to manage full residential remodeling projects. You will lead the crew, coordinate materials, and ensure on-site execution without chasing parts.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with weekend OT available. A minimum of 5 years running remodels is required; a valid driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable experience RUNNING full residential remodeling projects.
• Ability to lead a crew and manage on-site remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the job and supervise the remodeling project from start to finish.
• Coordinate with office staff to stage materials and avoid delays on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion of projects.
