Qualifications
2+ years of architectural millwork industry experience required.
Ability to read architectural drawings/specifications required.
Familiarity with AWI standards and millwork materials required.
Comfortable in customer-facing, on-site field roles required.
Responsibilities
Interpret architectural drawings into clear, accurate shop drawings.
Engineer custom solutions; apply value engineering where appropriate.
Review/approve drafter drawings before client submission.
Complete field measurements; verify fit; resolve site issues.
Generate cut lists; support shop through production.
Create work orders; coordinate material purchasing and samples.
Partner with suppliers on materials, pricing, and lead times.
Collaborate with PMs, drafters, shop, and on-site supervision.
Participate in weekly EOS workload reviews with the team.
