Qualifications

• 2+ years of architectural millwork industry experience required.
• Ability to read architectural drawings/specifications required.
• Familiarity with AWI standards and millwork materials required.
• Comfortable in customer-facing, on-site field roles required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural drawings into clear, accurate shop drawings.
• Engineer custom solutions; apply value engineering where appropriate.
• Review/approve drafter drawings before client submission.
• Complete field measurements; verify fit; resolve site issues.
• Generate cut lists; support shop through production.
• Create work orders; coordinate material purchasing and samples.
• Partner with suppliers on materials, pricing, and lead times.
• Collaborate with PMs, drafters, shop, and on-site supervision.
• Participate in weekly EOS workload reviews with the team.
