Who are we?

We are looking for a hands-on, process-oriented Project Lead to manage our core Operations

Tech systems and emerging AI initiatives. This role will act as the execution backbone for

critical internal platforms used by our wellness and operations teams, while also enabling our

early AI-led automation efforts.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of our internal Ops system in coordination with Human Fractal and internal stakeholders
• Translate business needs into sprint plans, feature specs, and dev tasks
• Coordinate execution across AI interns, tech vendors, and internal users
• Track timelines, ensure quality testing, and manage internal UAT cycles
• Maintain a clean, documented roadmap with release notes and follow-ups
• Prioritize tasks based on business impact and user feedback
• Own early-stage AI use cases (e.g., LLM-based tools, automation pipelines) and ensure smooth integration into workflows
• Raise risks, unblock delays, and work closely with the CTO for strategy execution

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-6 years of experience in technical project or product delivery
• Strong familiarity with internal platform development or ERP/CRM systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business, ops, and tech teams
• Comfort working with technical concepts like APIs, data flows, and user permissions
• High ownership and clarity in documentation, testing, and release cycles
• Strong analytical and communication skills to prioritize and make decisions
• Experience working with external dev agencies or vendors
• Exposure to AI/ML projects (even as a coordinator or product stakeholder)
• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or operational-heavy industries
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
