Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 in the United States to drive project delivery within the Financial Services sector. You will manage timelines, coordinate between clients and technical teams, and ensure SDLC alignment with client specs.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential. Ideal candidates have experience with Agile practices, JIRA/Confluence, and a background in financial services projects, including front-office interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience with delivery tracking, risk, issue, dependency and milestone management.
• Experience in all phases of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with traders/front-office stakeholders in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients with regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support SDLC processes ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and specs.
• Monitor deliverables across phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion


• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews


• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications


• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations


• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables


• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill And Experience

• Project management experience like delivery tracking; risk, issue, dependency and milestone management; stakeholder management


• Experience in all phases of SDLC


• Worked on Agile Methodology and its tools like JIRA and Confluence etc.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience working directly with traders and front-office stakeholders


• Financial services domain knowledge; experience supporting business and technology teams across front-office delivery


• FICC Front Office experience


• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong communication, organization and follow-through ability and to work through ambiguity

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
