Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives in New York. You will own project plans, timelines, budgets, and client communication, reporting to executive leadership and coordinating across Development, QA, and UAT teams.

You will drive SDLC processes, manage capacity, and foster strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring clear verbal and written communication and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Business/Functional/technical skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SDLC Process management skills and JIRA experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle and delivery for multiple projects concurrently.
• Report to executive level leadership with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and UAT teams to communicate expectations.
• Communicate ideas clearly in verbal and written forms.
• Manage timelines and capacity across multiple teams for multiple projects.
• Own the overall project plan, milestones, budget, and client temperature.

• Take ownership of the overall project plan, managing milestones to track progress, budget, and client temperature.
• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
