Kiewit is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Director to lead labor and industrial relations strategies on large-scale construction projects across North America. This role serves as the primary advisor to project leadership on all labor relations matters, including union engagement, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration, project labor agreement (PLA) compliance, workforce planning, craft labor dispatch, grievance resolution, and labor-management partnerships.
The Labor Relations Director plays a critical role in ensuring project success by fostering positive relationships with labor organizations, supporting workforce development initiatives, mitigating labor risks, and aligning labor strategies with project and business objectives. This leader will work closely with operations, human resources, craft recruiting, corporate labor relations, clients, and union representatives to deliver a highly skilled, productive workforce while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Role will be based in Point Pleasant, West Virginia with opportunity for per diem or relocation options.
