We are currently accepting resumes for a talented Project Interior Designer to join our team. The Project Interior Designer will collaborate with a Project Architect to develop interior design aspects of projects. This role offers opportunities for growth within the firm and thrives in an innovative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial architectural field, including full project cycle experience. Experience with educational facilities is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the project team to produce design, construction documents, and specifications
• Assist in quality assurance for interior architecture elements
• Coordinate with clients and team members to develop interior design solutions
• Prepare schematic and design development presentation materials
• Work within a team on various project types and sizes
• Participate in client presentations and represent Huckabee
• Coordinate bidding and construction administration activities
• Contribute to BIM development on projects
• Mentor and lead junior interior designers, including Interior Designer Associates

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with AutoDesk FormIt is preferred
• Knowledge of interior finish detailing and application
