Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail‑oriented, security‑cleared analytics professional to support enterprise data initiatives in a government contracting capacity. You will lead a team of project integrators and software developers, coordinate with the Program Management Office, and brief senior government stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication are required for concise updates and presentations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead and guide a team of Project Integrators and Software Developers.
• Experience collaborating closely with a Program Management Office to provide updates and insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable briefing senior government stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Self starter with strong intrinsic motivation.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise wide business analytics efforts focused on acquiring and leveraging datasets.
• Develop and execute strategies for obtaining datasets from offices and agencies across the enterprise.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders, identify data needs, and evaluate datasets for alignment with program goals.
• Manage projects and workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for government managers and stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate partner meetings, offsites, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate conferences and events, including logistics, venues, agendas, speakers, and interactive activities.
• Support improvements in business data collection, management, and usage through standardization and process enhancements.
• Create and submit weekly activity reports.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, understandable documentation for both technical and non technical audiences.
• Integrate graphics and meeting generated content into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methods.
