Zusammenfassung

RBR-Technologies seeks a Project Integrator to support one of our Maryland-based customers. The role focuses on program health, cross-contract analysis, and acquisition documentation in a DoD/IC environment.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with poly, a business or technical degree, and 4+ years ofDoD/IC program/financial management experience, with familiarity in Plan-It, FACTS, and CMIS.

Qualifikationen

  • Clearance required: TS/SCI w/ poly.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field required; in lieu of degree, PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA II with experience may substitute.
  • Minimum four years of DoD/IC program management, contract management, or financial management experience.
  • Experience with acquisition planning and requirements documentation helpful.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and market research.

Aufgaben

  • Monitor and report overall health of programs, initiatives, or portfolio.
  • Conduct cross-program analysis to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
  • Prepare execution reports and responses to Investment Portfolio actions.
  • Draft acquisition documents: SOWs, SOOs, TTOs, PMPs, risk and acquisition strategies.
  • Create presentations reporting analysis findings and portfolio status.

Project Integrator - L1

RBR-Technologies is seeking a Project Integrator to support one of our customers in Maryland.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
  • Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative.
  • Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports.
  • Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.
REQUIREMENTS
  • TS/SCI w/ poly
  • Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted.
  • Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management
  • Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred
  • Background in identification and collection of Minimum Acquisition Requirements
  • Background in market research and market surveys
  • Background in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management
  • Background in developing Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) justifications for other than full and open competition
  • Background in writing requirements documents to include Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Technical Task Orders (Completion and LOE), Labor Categories, and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
  • Background in documenting source selection plans and proposal requirements including writing Source Selection Plans (SSPs), Proposal Preparation Instructions (PPIs), and Proposal Evaluation Criteria (PECs)
  • Background in the interpretation and tailoring of DOD/IC/NSA acquisition regulations/memorandums to ensure affordable, supportable, and effective systems are delivered to the customer.
  • Background in using FACTS and CMIS

  • Job scope and responsibilities are aligned to office-oriented work. There are no expectations associated with physical labor.
  • Job candidates can expect to provide project delivery services in an office environment where sitting in meetings, attending briefings, typing, and viewing content via paper artifacts and computer monitors.
