Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Project Integrator to support a government client. The role involves coordinating technical system and equipment deployments to field sites, tracking progress in collaborative tools, and handling PMF programmatics such as schedules, control gates, minutes, and deliverables.

Responsibilities include documenting communications with sponsor stakeholders, performing technical writing, version-control of documents, and monitoring milestones against the project schedule.

• Coordinate technical system and equipment deployments to the Customers field sites
• Track Project Progress in Customer's collaborative tools and databases.
• Perform PMF programmatics for the project (schedule, control gates, prepare slides, distribute minutes, review/verify deliverables, etc)
• Track tasks against project schedule
• Facilitate and document communications between field site and Sponsor stakeholders. Obtain concurrence and approvals as required
• Perform technical writing/ project documentation
• Version control draft and baseline documentation
• Track Team/Project Action Items and milestones against schedule

This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Estimated Starting Salary range: $165,000-$210,000. Pay commensurate with experience.
