Qualifications

• Experience in utility operations and project cost tracking
• Understanding of financial terms and contract language

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for management approval
• Audit invoices per contract terms for labor and materials
• Dispute invoices for contractual compliance
• Provide material service support: quotes, vendor support, receipts
• Record unvouchered liabilities and assist in accruals
• Assist in work order setup, in-service reporting and closing
• Support monthly O&M and capital budgets reporting
• Assist in process improvements for financial and operational processes
