Job summary

CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm seeking a Project Financial Analyst to join the Finance team in Sanford, FL. The role partners with VPs, PMs, and Project Managers to forecast profitability and monitor project health, with a focus on cost-to-complete and proactive financial intelligence.

The analyst will develop ETC/EAC models, deliver KPI dashboards, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and budgeting across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• 4–7 years of accounting, financial analysis, or business partnership experience, preferably in AEC.
• Experience with project-based ERP systems (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial liaison to VPs, PMs, and Project Managers with performance analysis.
• Conduct monthly project performance reviews: actuals vs budgets, labor, forecast accuracy.
• Develop ETC and EAC models; deliver KPI dashboards for budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor unbilled labor and EWAs; ensure contract alignment and revenue recognition.
