Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Project Analyst to support project success by compiling accurate cost data and tracking financial health to ensure budgets and contracts stay aligned. You will collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams from project setup to KPI and sales tracking, helping maintain complex project finances in line with ENERCON and client expectations.

Responsibilities include ERP setup, cost tracking, KPI reporting, CRM-based forecasting, and coordinating with Accounting

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Typically requires 3 years of experience in business or project analytics, project controls, or a support role in a technical or engineering consulting environment.
Demonstrated business/financial aptitude.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
Excellent organization and time management, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Support project setup, KPI tracking, and sales forecasting.
Review contract language, cost estimates, and proposals to initiate projects in ERP.
Input project baseline budgets and resource allocations per contract funding.
Prepare reports and reconcile financial data with other records.
Translate proposal costs to project budgets and monitor financial health using KPIs.
Assist with executing and finalizing project resource plans in ERP.
Enter and track sales opportunities in CRM to support revenue forecasting.
Conduct bi-monthly prebill reviews and ensure accurate billing.
Cross-reference contracts with purchase orders to ensure compliance.
Coordinate quality assurance training with stakeholders.
